** Grey’s Magic Art PNG Drive Terms of Use**  

By purchasing or accessing the Grey’s Magic Art PNG Drive, you agree to the following terms:  

1. For Print-Only Use – The PNG files are for direct printing on physical products (e.g., shirts, tumblers, transfers). They **cannot** be used to create new designs, modify, or alter in any way.  

2. No Resale or Redistribution – The PNG files **may not** be resold, shared, or distributed in any form. This includes uploading them to any file-sharing platform, selling them as digital files, or offering them as freebies.  

3. No Editing or Modifications – The PNG files are provided as-is and **cannot** be edited, altered, or incorporated into new digital designs.  

4. No Print-on-Demand (POD) Uploads – These files **cannot** be uploaded to Print-on-Demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Amazon Merch) under any circumstances. They are for direct print use only.  

5. No Trademarking Designs – You **may not** claim copyright or trademarks on any design elements from the Drive.  

6. No Refunds or Exchanges** – Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.  

Failure to comply with these terms may result in revoked access and legal action if necessary.
